Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks for about 6-8 minutes until browned.

Drain any excess fat from the pan and stir in the cumin and lime juice. Mix well and remove from heat.

Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Arrange the tortilla chips on a large oven-safe platter or cast iron skillet.

Spoon the seasoned ground turkey over the chips, distributing it evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the turkey and chips.
